10 and 20 km options

This is a solo race but the entries are sold out. You could always have a look on Gumtree.co.za for entries. Alternaitvely, start training now and be sure to enter next year!

About: Challenging with varied terrain, some steep ascents and descents. The race starts at UCT and goes along the lower slopes of Devil's Peak and neighbouring forests. This race was sold out within 2.5 hours !

21 April: First Ascent Mast Challenge 2012
10.5 km for runners to the top, with one water point at Vlakkenberg. Once you've crossed the finish line you will still need to come down the mountain.

About: This is an uphill gravity defying challenge. The race is basically man vs machine and cyclists go head-to-head with the two-legged varity. It's a race open to stragglers, runners and riders.

21 April: Eendracht Hotel Vista Trail Run 2012
12km Trail Run | 5km Family Fun Run

About: The route starts at the Coetzenburg Athletics Stadium and heads into the foot of the Stellenbosch Mountain. The Eendracht Hotel Vista Trail Run course winds through varied vegetation and boasts sweeping views of theWinelands, False Bay and Table Mountain. You'll be running along single jeep tracks, level tracks and grass.

28 April: Delta Draf Solms-Delta Wine Estate Franschhoek
10km Road Run | 5km Family Fun Run 

About: The run follows a route through working vineyards and along the banks of the Dwars River, set against the backdrop of the majestic Groot and Klein Drakenstein mountains.
